NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Woodward, Oklahoma, will hold a Public Hearing on the 14th day of October, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. in the Commission Room of Convention Hall in said City; and at said hearing the Board of Adjustment will consider the following matters: 1. Consider and take action with respect to an application submitted by Jerod Crooks for construction of a garage/storage building. The proposed garage/storage building would be built approximately Nine Percent (9%) over the required maximum lot coverage of Thirty Percent (30%) pursuant to Section 154.018 (C)(6) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Woodward, Oklahoma. The property is in an R-1 Zone (Single Family Dwelling District) located at 2724 Kansas Avenue, Lot Nineteen (19), Twenty (20) and the West Ten Feet (W10’) of Lot Twenty-One (21) in Block Thirty (30), Highland Park Addition to the City of Woodward, Woodward County, Oklahoma.
