PUBLIC NOTICE As required by the New York State Welfare Reform Act of 1197, the Delaware County Department of Social Services hereby advises that in the period from December 1 to December 31, the Department's draft Employment Plan is available for public inspection and comment. The Plan may be reviewed any business day during normal business hours ( 8 am to 5 pm) at the Office of Social Services located on the 2nd floor of the County Office Building at 111 Main Street, Delhi, New York. A copy of the Plan will be available at the Department for a nominal fee of $2.50. Persons requesting that a copy of the Plan be mailed to them should send a letter to the Commissioner with $4.00 to cover the cost of reproduction and mailing. All comments should be sent to the Commissioner of Social Services at the Delaware County Department of Social Services, 111 Main Street, Delhi, New York 13753, postmarked by December 31, 2015.
