Case No. PB-2015-163 NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of Barbara Sue Pierce, deceased, that on June 23, 2015, Jillian Lee Worley produced and filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Barbara Sue Pierce, deceased, and also filed in said Court a Petition praying for the probate of said will, and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to Jillian Lee Worley, and a request has been made that this Court determine the identities of all heirs, devisees and legatees.
