(Published In THE TIMES, Mayes County, Oklahoma November 26, 2015) NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC OF A TAX CREDIT APPLICATION - NEW CONSTRUCTION OF AFFORDABLE MULTIFAMILY HOUSING Arzon Housing Corporation, the applicant, will submit an application to the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) to obtain tax credits on the new construction of a proposed development, the name of which will be Harvest Creek Villas.  Said development will be for seniors age 62 and older and is located at approximately 601 N Elliott St, Pryor, OK 74361 (the undeveloped area east of N Elliott St and north of NE 5th St). There will be a total of 44-48 units in the proposed development.  Of this total, 100% will be rent and income restricted units.  OHFA Trustees will consider this application at OHFA’s May 2016 Trustees’ meeting.  Actual Trustee meeting dates and agendas can be found on OHFA’s website, www.OHFA.org.
