PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF ROCKWALL, TEXAS INVITATION TO BID The City of Rockwall is accepting sealed bids for Annual Grounds Maintenance Services Contract. Services to include mowing, trimming, litter control, weed abatement and landscape services at City facilities, street medians and right-of-ways. Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 385 S. Goliad, Rockwall, TX 75087 until 2:00 p.m., February 18, 2016. All bids duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud at said time and date in the City Hall Council Chambers, 385 S. Goliad, Rockwall, Texas. Landscape contractors are required to submit proof of liability and worker’s compensation insurance coverages with their bid. Bid packets are available at the Purchasing Agent’s office located in City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and on the City’s web site www.rockwall.com
