BEFORE THE CORPORATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA APPLICANT: TAPSTONE ENERGY, LLC RELIEF SOUGHT: SPACING Cause CD No. 201600203 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 34, Township 20 North, Range 18 West of the IM, Woodward and Dewey Counties, Oklahoma NOTICE OF HEARING STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: All persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas, and all other interested persons, particularly in Woodward and Dewey Counties, Oklahoma, including the following: Donald E. Bernard and Joanna J. Willis-Bernard Revocable Trust dated 11/30/2011, and the Trustee of such trust; Neil M. Briix; Linda Sue Brown; Betsy Denny; Ford Royalty Company, L.L.C.; Larry Gene Franks; Susan Hiltz; Bill Irvin Land Services, LLC; The Shirley A. Ladd Trust, a Revocable Trust dated August 12, 2015, and the Trustee of such trust; Louis J. Lamm, Jr.; Mark Paul Lamm; Petroleum Strategies Unlimited, Inc.; The Prospect Company; Red Mountain Energy, LLC; Shipley Girls Revocable Trust, and the Trustee of such trust; Christy Shipley; Ginny D. Shipley; The Earl Smith Family Trust, and the Trustee of such trust; Donna Jean Windle; Wyatt Petroleum Corporation; if any of the above-named individuals be deceased, then the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such deceased individual; if any of the above-named parties is a dissolved partnership, corporation or other association, then the unknown successors, trustees and assigns, both immediate and remote, of such dissolved entity; and if any of the above-named parties designated as a trustee is not presently acting in such capacity as trustee, then the unknown successor or successors to such trustee. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Tapstone Energy, LLC, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending Order Nos. 119799 and 157666 to delete Section 34, Township 20 North, Range 18 West of the IM, Woodward and Dewey Counties, Oklahoma, from the purview and boundaries of the Mississippi-Chester and Mississippi Lime separate common sources of supply as covered by such order, and to vacate the 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing units previously formed by such orders for such separate common sources of supply in said Section 34; (ii) amending a prior order of the Commission to enlarge and extend the boundaries of the Mississippian common source of supply so as to cover and include said Section 34 and to form a proper horizontal well unit in such section for such common source of supply, which unit Applicant requests be formed as a 640-acre horizontal well unit; and (iii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and seeks to amend the above-named orders in the manner set forth above and Order No. 647807 as to the Mississippian common source of supply, all in the lands covered hereby. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 North Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 16th day of February , 2016, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use. Interested parties who wish to participate by telephone shall contact Applicant or Applicant’s attorney, prior to the hearing date, and provide their name and telephone number.
